Purchase Orders

Corporate clients may use a purchase order to purchase OfficeStatus. Please send your signed purchase order via fax or postal mail (see contact info below) on official company letterhead.

Important: Key Metric Software fulfills all purchase orders electronically, via email. Upon receipt of your purchase order, we will send your product license details to the email address specified on your order, and then send an invoice along via postal mail.

Required Information

Please include the following information with your purchase order:

  • The product name, license size, and price (see current license sizes and pricing here)
  • Name, phone, and fax contact information of purchase representative
  • The email address to which the product should be delivered
