  • OfficeStatus Deployment Guide (PDF) - A comprehensive guide to the deployment of OfficeStatus in PDF format. Discusses prerequisites, component architecture, and server and client side deployment processes. Also available online in HTML format.
  • OfficeStatus Server Admin Guide (PDF) - This is the same documentation that ships with the OfficeStatus Server installation package, rendered into a more printer-friendly PDF format. Discusses all aspects of maintaining the system from an administrative perspective.
  • OfficeStatus Windows Client User Guide (PDF) - This is the same documentation that ships with the OfficeStatus Windows Client installation package, rendered into a more printer-friendly PDF format.
  • Submit Support Request - This form allows you to submit a technical support request, which will then be entered into our incident tracking system.

Note: Initial support response times are generally less than 24 hours. Support requests submitted by paid license holders will be prioritized.
