The OfficeStatus Windows Client installation package is primarily responsible for copying files to the user's computer and creating associated shortcuts.

IMPORTANT: OfficeStatus Windows Client requires Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 (service pack 2) or later. If this prerequisite is not present on the target computer, the installer will download it automatically and prompt the user to install it. If preferred, this process can be avoided by having the .NET Framework 2.0 (SP2) or later installed on the target computer prior to installing OfficeStatus Windows Client.
